  • To install correctly this wp-smart-import.zip.
  • Fisrt Download the wp-smart-import.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open wp-smart-import.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside wp-smart-import.zip and Open readme.txt.
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "wp-smart-import.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on "Plugins" + "Add New" from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "wp-smart-import.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded wp-smart-import.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "WordPress Importer : Import any XML File to WordPress" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "WordPress Importer : Import any XML File to WordPress" folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see "WordPress Importer : Import any XML File to WordPress" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find "WordPress Importer : Import any XML File to WordPress" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is WordPress Importer : Import any XML File to WordPress
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

This plugin can be installed directly from your site.

  1. Log in and navigate to Plugins & Add New.
  2. Type “WP Smart Import” into the Search input and click the “Search” button.
  3. Locate the “WP Smart Import” in the list of search results and click “Install Now”.
  4. Click the “Activate Plugin” link at the bottom of the install screen.

It can also be installed manually.

  1. Download the “WP Smart Import” plugin from WordPress.org.
  2. Unzip the package and move to your plugins directory.
  3. Log into WordPress and navigate to the “Plugins” screen.
  4. Locate “WP Smart Import” in the list and click the “Activate” link.
