How to add Wp Support Ticket in Wordpress

• To install correctly this wp-support-ticket.zip .
• Fisrt Download the wp-support-ticket.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open wp-support-ticket.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside wp-support-ticket.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Step-1 : Download " wp-support-ticket.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " wp-support-ticket.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " wp-support-ticket.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Wp Support Ticket " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Wp Support Ticket " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Wp Support Ticket " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " WP Support Ticket " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is WP Support Ticket
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

1. Upload wp-support-ticket.zip to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
3. Go to Settings-> WP Support , and set some options. It’s really easy.
4. Use shortcodes or functions to display uploaded files in frontend.

Registered in users will be able to create support tickets.

1. Create a new page and put [create_support] Shortcode in that page. This will be the page from where users will be able to create a support ticket thread.

2. Create another page and put [ticket] Shortcode in that page. The tickets created by the registered users will be listed in this page. From this page users will be able to reply to already created tickets.

3. Admin can View/ Reply to a ticket from admin panel.

4. Emails will be sent to respective Admin or Users each time a ticket is created or replied.
