User support plugin. Registered users will be able to create/ reply support tickets. Admin can reply on the tickets from admin panel. Wordpress Tutorial

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this wp-support-ticket.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the wp-support-ticket.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open wp-support-ticket.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside wp-support-ticket.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " wp-support-ticket.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " wp-support-ticket.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded wp-support-ticket.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " WP Support Ticket " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " WP Support Ticket " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " WP Support Ticket " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  WP Support Ticket Configurtions and Settings or How to work " WP Support Ticket " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " WP Support Ticket " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is WP Support Ticket
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Guide
  1. Upload wp-support-ticket.zip to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
  3. Go to Settings-> WP Support , and set some options. It’s really easy.
  4. Use shortcodes or functions to display uploaded files in frontend.

Registered in users will be able to create support tickets.

  1. Create a new page and put [create_support] Shortcode in that page. This will be the page from where users will be able to create a support ticket thread.

  2. Create another page and put [ticket] Shortcode in that page. The tickets created by the registered users will be listed in this page. From this page users will be able to reply to already created tickets.

  3. Admin can View/ Reply to a ticket from admin panel.

  4. Emails will be sent to respective Admin or Users each time a ticket is created or replied.
