Adds support for sites protected with HTTP Authentication via .htaccess rules.

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this wpsitesync-for-http-authentication.zip.
  • Fisrt Download the wpsitesync-for-http-authentication.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open wpsitesync-for-http-authentication.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside wpsitesync-for-http-authentication.zip and Open readme.txt.
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "wpsitesync-for-http-authentication.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on "Plugins" + "Add New" from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "wpsitesync-for-http-authentication.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded wpsitesync-for-http-authentication.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "WPSiteSync for HTTP Authentication" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "WPSiteSync for HTTP Authentication" folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see "WPSiteSync for HTTP Authentication" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about WPSiteSync for HTTP Authentication Configurtions and Settings or How to work "WPSiteSync for HTTP Authentication" in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find "WPSiteSync for HTTP Authentication" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is WPSiteSync for HTTP Authentication
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

Guide

Installation instructions: To install, do the following:

  1. From the dashboard of your site, navigate to Plugins –> Add New.
  2. Select the “Upload Plugin” button.
  3. Click on the “Choose File” button to upload your file.
  4. When the Open dialog appears select the wpsitesync-httpauth.zip file from your desktop.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions and wait until the upload is complete.
  6. When finished, activate the plugin via the prompt. A confirmation message will be displayed.

or, you can upload the files directly to your server.

  1. Upload all of the files in wpsitesync-httpauth.zip to your /wp-content/plugins/wpsitesync-httpauth directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
