Noted That:

  • To install correctly this zedity.zip.
  • Fisrt Download the zedity.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open zedity.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside zedity.zip and Open readme.txt.
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "zedity.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on "Plugins" + "Add New" from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "zedity.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded zedity.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "Zedity – The Layout-Free Content Editor" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "Zedity – The Layout-Free Content Editor" folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see "Zedity – The Layout-Free Content Editor" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find "Zedity – The Layout-Free Content Editor" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is Zedity – The Layout-Free Content Editor
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

From your WordPress dashboard:

  1. Select Add New from the plugins page;
  2. Type Zedity in the search bar or upload the .zip file;
  3. Install and activate the plugin.

We recommend to update to the latest version of both the plugin and WordPress. Should you need to use other versions, here are the compatibility requirements:

  • WordPress 5 with Zedity 7.5+

  • WordPress 4.9.6+ with Zedity 7.4+

  • WordPress 4.1+ with Zedity 4.9.1+ (best with Zedity 7+)

  • WordPress 4.0+ with Zedity 4.2.1+ (best with Zedity 7+)

  • WordPress 3.9+ with Zedity 3.1.2+ (best with Zedity 7+)
