Noted That:

• To install correctly this zendesk-request-form.zip.
• Fisrt Download the zendesk-request-form.zip to your computer

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "Request Form for Zendesk" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "Request Form for Zendesk" folder.

3. Then, Find "Request Form for Zendesk" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is Request Form for Zendesk
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

1. Go to ‘Plugins > Add New’ in your WordPress dashboard and search for “Zendesk Request Form”. Install and activate the plugin.
2. Add your Zendesk API information to the options under ‘Settings > Zendesk Form’ in your WP dashboard. You can generate an API key from your Zendesk dashboard using this guide.
